Dear Neo-Kantian Friends,

I’m writing with an inquiry.  I am translating ten seminal texts from Windelband’s theoretical philosophy.  The volume will be published by OUP in their new series (ed. by M. Beany et al.) on “New Texts in the History of Ph.”  After reading a sample translation of one chapter, the editors have asked me to get a “real” native speaker on board for a final touch-up.  The idea is that this person would receive my finished translations and do the final polish.  There are 3000 British pounds available for this job.  It would have to be, apart from native speaker capacity, someone knowledgeable in the area, perhaps not specifically Windelband but 19th century German philosophy.  As I say, with 10 texts, the volume won’t be an uncontrollable monster, but manageable.  Feel free to pass this on to others you may know (talented graduate students, e.g.).  Please have them get back to me via email with their CV.
